If we are to assume that Barack "Hussein" Obama's name in any way correlates to "the al-Queda" taking a victory lap, then can we also assume that Mr. King is the monarch of Iowa?

He ought to be ashamed of his bass-ackwards views and insulting comments. Why do politicians continue to think that it's okay to lambast a group of people because they're different?

This guy sounds like a nut case. Unfortunately, I think this is exactly the type of slime the Republican party will use against Obama, should he be the Democratic nominee.

But on the cover of the National Enquirer it says that Obama has close ties to a terroist who is listed as a close friend.

It must be true, it's on the cover. :-(

“I do not support allowing special legal rights based on sexual orientation.

What he *does* support, however, is special rights based on gender.

He (and others of his school of thought) doesn't give a rat's ass is two homosexuals marry each other - as long as one is a man and the other is a woman.

Gender is the issue, not orientation.

"… the irony being that the US and other countries did, in fact, give them arms, explosives, money and technical assistance when they were the Afghan mujahideen."

Not only that, but for all intents and purposes, the US in effect doing similar things in Iraq right now, and to some extent in Pakistan too. We Americans never learn...
