and I heard that he’ll be on tour soon.
waiting for full album leakkkkk……
(not that desperate tho. the first album only have ONE catchy song…)
So psyched. Danger Mouse is just out of control.
You kids these days, with your hippity-hop music.
Double on the YAY! squashed, your album must be different than mine, because I found the whole damn thing to be uber ultra catchy!!
Gotta agree with squashed. St Elsewhere didn’t do much for me, other than “Crazy.”
read about it in the NME yesterday (with the lovely Jarvis Cocker/Beth Ditto cover, and even lovelier interview)
such good news!
Good lord, Ceelo is a Soul Machine. Love the Gnarls.
Good news, indeed.
I live for Dangermouse. Gnarls is only one of the food groups.
If you live for Dangermouse as you say, the The Good, The Bad, and The Queen must be night time ‘cuz that album bored me to tears. I probably listened to it 10x the first 2 weeks it was out and can’t bring myself to do it anymore.
And how could anyone not find Smiley Faces to be mega catchy?
Seriously looking forward to the new album. I really like St. Elsewhere, but what really got me was listening to the Album version of Transformer, then hearing the “Live at Abbey Road” version. Holy crap!
(Note, first video fan made, not official =/ )
Is it just me, or does the “host” at the opening there sound suspiciously like Justin Timberlake?
wedeman, the host IS JT, who has apparently developed an excellent sense of humor over the last two years or so.
Cee-Lo is just so menacingly charismatic. I think the video for ‘Run’ captures that perfectly. You’re drawn to the energy, but somehow frightened.
Hopefully no one who watched the video here is an epileptic:

(Though I think a TV screen and a computer monitor scan their images differently, so there’s a lot less “flicker” from a monitor.)
I’ve had this slow, growing fear for years now, that Justin Timberlake is not, in fact, a dumbass.
