   I saw this on the news last night (one of my students wants to talk about the case in class this week)

   What are the odds of his being re-charged as a juvenile? Is the case really over?

   MAJeff - The DA, Reed Walters, plans on appealing to the LA. Supreme Court. If that doesn’t work, he will most likely try to re-try Bell in Juvenile Court. And there are still the other 5 of the Jena Six that have yet to be tried as well. This is far from over.

   Does this mean he’s actually out of jail & allowed to go home to his family? I hope so.
